Science fiction and fantasy fans have been visiting Xenite.Org since 1997. A lot of things have changed since then. We have brought in new sections, added feature articles, expanded our forums, and partnered with movie studios and television shows.

As 2009 opens up many of our old favorite television and film franchises are shutting down. But Xenite.Org is looking toward the future and we're developing new content that we think will appeal to audiences of all ages. The future looks bright.

Keep an eye out here for some great new things happening on the Xenite network. We're excited!

You know we're big fans of J.R.R. Tolkien and Middle-earth, so we're looking forward to the release of the two "Hobbit" movies based on Tolkien's book. We've also got our eyes set on Marvel Comics' new consolidated film franchise, which will culminate in the release of two Avengers movies in 2012.

Speaking of J.R.R. Tolkien, you'll find details about the great new Middle-earth Talk Radio shows posted on the Tolkien Studies on the Web Blog.

Fans of Stargate-SG1 and Stargate: Atlantis have lost two great shows, but we're anxiously waiting for the debut of Stargate: Universe.

And there are still more Narnia films to wait for, as well as interesting new television shows. So hang around and hang on tight, because we're going to open her up and see what she can really do!
