MSN borrows content from E! Online and leaves tracks - Lord of the Rings news - J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings

July 26, 2000 at 14:36:42

Reposting the Force of Hobbit's 30 points about Peter Jackson's three-film production of J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings, MSN manages not only to repeat all the mistakes verbatim, but also to leave in a link back to E! Online that clearly wasn't supposed to be there.

The article credits John Forde and E! Online, so the content seems to be a standard republication. But the third page is actually the page on the E! Online site, not a page on the MSN site. Wonder how long it will take them to notice and fix the problem?

Looks like Web writers are now reusing HTML code as well as content. Put that in your clipbook and press it!
