The picture portrays a long, curving structure (possibly a model) with a pool or pond directly in front of the courtyard. Scoop provides no information on the house except to say it's from the Hobbiton set. The building appears to have a stable in the center, so this could actually be the Prancing Pony Inn at Bree, although it doesn't bear even the least resemblance to Tolkien's description of the inn. Another possibility is that it is the Green Dragon Inn in Bywater, the town just next to Hobbiton.
Or, it could just be a Hobbit Summer House in Hobbiton (but then, where did the rich Hobbiton folk go for the winter?).
