Ancanar.Com updates Web site with new info, pictures - Lord of the Rings news - J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings

The official Web site for 'Ancanar' has been redesigned with attractive new graphics and additional information.

In particular, the Web site is providing more information about the characters, including villains and Elves.

Gregory Lee Kenyon plays Ancanar. Producer/actress Raiya Corsiglia plays Laliel. Gordon Capps plays Raugil. Jamie Alexander plays Curugon. M. Steven Felty plays Doril. Tom McCafferty is Ertho. Brent Morley is Reiglin. Fred Albert is Brandir. Dan Francis is Tazuk.

The Elves are Ralph Lister (Finlomë), Carolyn Palmer (Maerim), Serge Lartelier (Carandil), A. Katt Masterson (Aredhel), and Erik Ekholm (Fingoldin).

"Ancanar" tells the story of a young man who seeks out the hidden city of the Elves after his people are destroyed in war. He rescues a young woman, Laliel, from a band of slavers. But though Ancanar's father was entrusted with the knowledge of the Elven city's location, his son may bring its doom.

The story was inspired by J.R.R. Tolkien's Beleriandic legends (The Silmarillion).
