Clearly, someone got as close to a storage shed as possible and snapped a picture of something that was partially visible. The canvas-like material evident in the picture seems to be part of a tent.
But "Elvish"? Why?
There is a design on the material that is somewhat Celtic-like in nature. Peter Jackson is said to be attempting a very Celtic (or medieval) feel for parts of his "Lord of the Rings" production, so the picture has an air of legitimacy.
Of course, the real clencher is the Ent standing in the background (hint: look in the trees, between the Rowan and the Pine).
