Tolkien-Movies.Com is back online - Lord of the Rings news - J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings

People who have wondered what happened to Matthew Bass' Web site, Tolkien-Movies.Com, need wonder no more. He's mostly completed his move to the eUniverse.Com server. Xenite.Org is scheduled to join the eUniverse affiliate network in a couple of weeks.

That's if we ever hear back from our account executive. We have MANY pages which need to be converted, dudes....

eUniverse.Com is currently ranked 15th among Internet properties in the world by Media Metrix. Their network is devoted mostly to gaming-related content, but they've recently made overtures to Tolkien-related Web sites, and Xenite.Org will help expand their general science fiction content.

When the time comes for us to move to the new server, we plan (hope) to keep Xenite.Org live on the old server for at least a week so that people will not lose access to our Web sites. Some services will be shifted completely to the new server (probably Xena Online Resources) early in the process. Our message boards will stay on the old server for the first part of the move.
