Mizuo Peck Personal Information
Kai Perez wrote to tell us that Mizuo appeared in Clay Aiken's "The Way" music video. We rushed over to YouTube to watch Clay Aiken and Mizuo Peck in 'The Way'. And obviously we grabbed a couple of screen shots. Hey, please be considerate of our bandwidth and do NOT hotlink to Xenite.Org's images. We know people like to share our images in forums, but that is really not the way to show your friends images you like. Please provide a link to the Web page where you find an image you enjoy.
Kai tells us that Diane Martel directed "The Way". Mizuo doesn't appear very long in the video but you can see her in more than one shot. Kai sent us another video capture that shows Clay in the background but Mizuo's face is kind of blurry. Thanks, Kai, but we've decided to use these captures. And if anyone can tell us about other Mizuo Peck videos that are online, we'll be glad to mention them here.
Kai also told us about Mizuo posing in an ad for Pharrel Williams Clothing company's Billionaire Boys Club Lookbook (that's her in the yellow rain coat). The Lookbook page may not render in all browsers. We may get some more images for our next update from Kai. We're checking to see if we received everything.
In the meantime, Bonnie wrote to say: "Regarding Mizuo Peck: The Sunday performance of TADA's 'Stories from Ezra Jack Keats: Maggie and the Pirate; Apt. 3G,' the director introduced the plays and stated that Mizuo Peck is an alum of TADA theater, a children's theater in NYC where the children act, sing and dance and put on plays. It is an excellent theater and wonderful training for NYC musical theater. My family and I were entranced!
And Hugh Gallagher wrote to share the following with us (thanks, Hugh!)
Loved your page on Mizuo Peck. She's a great New York actress who I've worked with. Also a really cool person.
I'm a writer, and met Mizuo when she acted in a TV pilot I wrote for MTV. (1999/2000) It was called "The Party". It was filmed, but not picked up by the network. She had a major role in the project.
Mizuo and I stayed in touch, and she later appeared in a music video I shot called "House ov Von" you can see it on Youtube. Just search under "House of Von". You can also see more of that project at www.vonvonvon.com (this is my pop/comedy vanity project, when I'm not writing).
Mizuo is really cool, and a great artist. I'm glad she's got a fan page up.
Let's keep heads up for her future work!
Best,
Hugh Gallagher

Mizuo Peck appeared in the Vapors Magazine My Name Is ... section. The magazine may be a little mature for young children.

Mizuo stood for some tattooing on her back, promoting South Park. I'm not sure if the tattoos are permanent or what the connection is.
