The Middle-earth (now Endor) mailing list is devoted to all topics related to the discussion of J.R.R. Tolkien's Middle-earth, including his books The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings, The Road Goes Ever On, The Adventures of Tom Bombadil, The Silmarillion, Unfinished Tales of Numenor and Middle-earth, and the twelve volumes of The History of Middle-earth. Discussion topics may also include J.R.R. Tolkien's career and profession as a philologist and Professor of Anglo-Saxon, events in his life, and all commercial adaptations of his works, including the Peter Jackson "Lord of the Rings" movies.
