We've added two random book displays to our Star Wars news page.

Although the random book boxes merely show affiliate links to Barnes and Noble, we feel we'll be able to devise innovative new content with Javascript templates similar to those now employed on our Star Wars news page.

Each box will randomly disply the image of a book every time the page is loaded and viewed. The boxes also contain links to traditional "affiliate" pages where all the books for those boxes are displayed.

The two categories we've selected for these boxes are Star Wars Darth Maul books and Star Wars Jedi Apprentice books. We are planning to add a random display for J.R.R. Tolkien and related books. Eventually, we hope to implement rotating image boxes. The Internet Authors Network will eventually add a random image/affiliate link box which authors can place on their Web sites.

The small commissions we earn on affiliate sales help us pay our Web-hosting fees, which currently amount to about $1600.00 US per year.
