Xenite.Org exchanges links with other Web sites to improve our visibility and to help other sites improve theirs. We encourage our visitors to browse the reciprocal links and check out the various sites.
We do regret that it has been many weeks since the last update. Unfortunately, the only person who is charged with updating the Reciprocal Links page has been very busy this summer, and was offline for over a week.
Exchanging links with other Web sites is a great way to increase your exposure to a potential reading audience. But please be sure that you offer substantial content. People don't like to visit sites which have little or nothing interesting to read or download.
While we do hope to see the hobbyist community continue to grow, we also encourage people to put some time and thought into the Web sites they create. We do not necessarily reciprocate links with every site that contacts us.
And, occasionally, a few sites put up links to Xenite.Org expecting to see immediate link backs. By the time we get around to reviewing their sites, the links are already taken down. We understand your frustration and truly feel bad when it seems like we have taken advantage of your generosity. Newer sites may actually benefit more from exchanging links with other new sites. A large site like Xenite.Org requires a lot of maintenance, and even though several dozen people help keep us up to date, it just takes a lot of time to get to everything from an administrative position.
