SF-FANDOM launches new Harry Potter forum

We're pleased to announce that SF-FANDOM has launched a Harry Potter forum in our Movies category.

Starring Daniel Radcliffe as Harry Potter, Rupert Gint as Ron Weasley, Emma Watson as Hermione Granger, Robbie Coltrane as Hagrid, Sir Richard Harris as Professor Albus Dumbledore, Dame Maggie Smith as Professor McGonagal, and Alan Rickman as Professor Severus Snape, "Harry Potter and the Sorceror's Stone" quickly became one of the all-time top-ranked movies in 2001.

While fans eagerly await J.K. Rowling's fifth book in the seven book series, Web sites are springing up all over the world. We decided to take the plunge and create our very own forum for Harry Potter fans, since as it turned out so many of our admins and moderators were already big fans of the books and movie.

Calamity-jcck, affectionately known to all as CJ and one of our forum administrators, has inaugurated a highly successful new Harry Potter forum. CJ is perhaps best known to our Farscape community, although she has also been active in Kevin Smith and Hercules discussions, too.

Although the new Harry Potter forum was placed in our movies category, discussions on the books are welcome there, too. And we'll continue to host Harry Potter book discussions in our Fantasy Authors Forum. We certainly hope that J.K. Rowling will bring other great books and characters to life after she completes the much-loved Harry Potter books.
