Xenite.Org will continue to operate as an independent entity and ownership is not being transferred, although Michael Martinez and Dixie Harrison are discussing a possible move to incorporation to ensure that Xenite.Org's obligations can be met in the future by properly authorized individuals. The planned move should not produce any changes in existing Xenite.Org policy but may result in significant technical changes in some areas. We are still discussing what changes will be required.

Although normally corporate affiliations require additional advertising be carried on Web sites, Xenite.Org has long been preparing for the eventually of carrying major advertising traffic. While details are still being worked out, it is our goal to replace as much of our promotional graphic content as possible so as to retain the relatively clean look and feel of many of our pages. A new text-link internal promotional design may actually help reduce some of the graphic content on several of our highly graphic pages.

We will publish fuller details when we are certain of when and how the move is to enacted. Xenite.Org anticipates extending its reach to several million unique visitors a month.

Meanwhile, Xenite.Org has also been in negotiation with another company to become a major content distributor for interactive programming with strong appeal to the science fiction and fantasy Internet community. The distribution agreement will broaden Xenite.Org's content and will provide a unique service to our visitors. Details are still being worked out but we expect to sign a contract very soon.

Because Michael will be travelling to Dragoncon and elsewhere for a couple of weeks, no significant changes will be implemented before the middle of July, but we will continue to add new content as much as possible.
