Xenite.Org will be surfing with Sidetalk again...
June 10, 2000 at 22:45:44It seems like there is never enough time to promote anything around here any more. We're going ahead with our partnership with Sidetalk, the service that lets you browse the Web and chat at the same time. The neat thing about this service is that you can take tours with "Entertainment Jockeys" who will show you neat sites and explain how to take advantage of their features.
As part of our growing number of services, Xenite.Org will be hosting three more surf-and-chat sessions in conjunction with Sidetalk. You'll need to use Microsoft's Internet Explorer as the plugin for Sidetalk is not yet available for Netscape users.
The plugin is free and quickly installs within a matter of minutes. It enables you to start up on Sidetalk's Web site without having to change your homepage URL in Internet Explorer. You can also turn the plugin on or off at will.
Xenite.Org is looking forward to building a stronger friendship with its online community through Sidetalk's service.
Xenite.Org's next Sidetalk session is scheduled for 8:00 PM Eastern Time Zone (New York, Washington, Miami) on Thursday, June 15. We will also be surfing at 8:00 PM on Sunday, June 18, and 8:00 PM on Tuesday, June 20.
