Vicky Shaffer accused her ex-boyfriend Mark Winslow of molesting their then 3-year-old daughter in 1998. When the courts weren't satisfied with her claims (and the law required the courts to ignore any testimony the child could have given), Vicky found herself confronted by a custody battle.
The ex-boyfriend won full custody, and Vicky fled to protect her daughter. Now she is charged with a felony and the subject of an expanding nationwide search. Child safety organizations are determined to bring Brianna Winslow "safely home", but is the child in more danger with her mother than with her father?
Both parents have a lot of support. But it is we, the general public at large, who are expected to take action and help bring Vicky to "justice". Is this right or wrong?
