Hercules and Xena essays have been restored
September 04, 2006 at 12:32:58Because our schedules have been so full, we were unaware that Michael's Hercules and Xena essays archive had once again been lost due to a server crash. The essays have now been restored.
For about a year from August 1997 to August 1998, Michael Martinez wrote a bi-weekly column on Hercules and Xena fandom for Suite101.com. In 1998 Michael switched from writing about Hercules and Xena to writing about Tolkien and Middle-earth, but many Herc/Xena fans have enjoyed reading his essays about the fandom for the shows.
We have restored the Hercules and Xena section to our Reading Room (new URL is http://www.xenite.org/hercules-and-xena/). We'll be updating the look and feel of the essays in a few weeks.
In the meantime, please feel free to browse them and to discuss them in our Hercules Forum and our Xena Forum at SF-FANDOM.
When the original StudiosUSA Hercules and Xena forums were shut down, many members of those fan communities migrated to SF-FANDOM's forums.
