Xenite.Org began publishing XML Channels in 1998 through the now-defunct Netscape custom channels service. We made our RSS feeds available to numerous start page hosting services that allowed people to embed custom XML channels in their pages.
Through the years, the start page concept has been supplanted by desktop RSS feed aggregators that are customarily used to read blogs and news headlines. Nonetheless, thousands of people have continued to subscribe to our feeds and we have occasionally updated the content to keep it fresh.
Unless blogs and news feeds, XML Channels are not necessarily intended to be updated very often. So we may allow several months to pass before we update content in one of our XML channels. The channel that receives the most frequent updates is the Xenite.Org, where we naturally announce new content and significant updates.
You can read about all of our channels (and find the RSS file links) on the XML Channels home page.
