Four forums shut down

August 26, 2008 at 21:28:46 Time has taken its toll on the interest our visitors have had in several once very popular television shows. Due to lack of participation we have reluctantly decided to shut down four of our fan forums.

Effective immediately, all links to our Charmed Forum and our Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's The Lost World Forum now take you to our General Fantasy Television Forum on SF-Fandom.

All the archived discussion threads have been moved from those forums to the General Fantasy TV forum, so you can still browse them when you want to find old discussions.

For the same reason, our Babylon-5 Forum and Farscape Forum have been redirected to our General Science Fiction TV Forum on SF-Fandom.

As with the fantasy forums, all archived discussion threads for Babylon-5 and Farscape have been moved to the General SciFi TV Forum, so you can still search for them (and comment in them, if you wish).

If for some unforeseen reason discussion for these shows becomes significant in the future, we will consider recreating the defunct forums.

We are in the process of developing new content for upcoming science fiction and fantasy movies and television shows and we hope to add more forums before the end of 2008.

SF-Fandom and Xenite.Org remain one of the oldest, continually active fandom communities on the Web. We appreciate your participation through the years and look forward to sharing new discussions with you in the future.
