Celebrity News site expanded

July 06, 2009 at 02:22:18 Our Celebrity News site has grown to include 30 celebrities and we've felt for some time that the intrapage navigation was a bit awkward, so we've enhanced the site navigation while adding more content.

As with our Stargate News and Hobbit Movie News site we've added an archive function to the Celebrity News site.

Now, each day's headlines will be archived in a well-formatted archive that employs multiple navigational elements. Rather than try to add a link to every page on every page, we're hoping these new alternative navigational formats will provide you with more pathways to each archive page without overwhelming you.

The Celebrity News site is now large enough that we added a Celebrity News Search function (a site search powered by Microsoft's BING). As the search engine crawls and indexes our archive pages, you'll be able to find more great stories about your favorite celebrities.

Because there are so many celebrities on the site now, we've also added a Celebrity News Sitemap that provides a concise list of links to each of the Celebrity News sections and their archives.

We're looking at some other ideas for expanding and improving the Celebrity News site later this year and we hope you'll continue to enjoy browsing Celebrity News headlines on Xenite.Org.
